Capco received the AI Governance & Risk Excellence Award at the OpenAI Partner Summit 2026 held in San Francisco.

The company secured the top position with its winning solution, Sentra, a consulting-led and AI-powered retail banking platform designed to support frontline teams in serving vulnerable customers.
The solution leverages digital twin technology to identify vulnerable customers and recommend explainable next-best actions, enabling financial institutions to deliver more personalized and responsible customer support.
